Humpty Dumpty Childcare, Dartmouth Nursery
Our purpose built Dartmouth Childcare Setting is based on the Dartmouth Academy site, Milton Lane. Our Dartmouth Daycare is registered by Ofsted to provide quality childcare for children aged 3 months – 5 years. The Dartmouth Nursery has been consistently rated good.
Dartmouth Childcare
The Dartmouth nursery offers daycare to all children from babies all the way through to starting school. We divide our Dartmouth Childcare Nursery into groups depending on the age and level of each individual child.
Dartmouth Daycare Groups
Within their groups, children can explore play equipment and facilities that are designed to recognise and develop their skills under the watchful supervision of our caring staff. Our Dartmouth Daycare is broken down into babies, toddlers and preschool.
This means that whenever your child starts their journey with us at our Dartmouth Daycare, they have the flexibility to move between playrooms as and when their individual abilities show they’re ready for the next challenge!
If you are considering using Childcare Vouchers at our Dartmouth Daycare or your child is eligible for 15 hours or 30 hours free funding please check out our ultimate guide to childcare vouchers and free funding.
We also have nurseries in Dartington and Newton Abbot.

Dartmouth Daycare Parent Reviews
In a recent survey, over 90% of parents said they would recommend Humpty Dumpty Childcare to a friend! This delighted us, and is a testament to the consistently high level of care in all of our nurseries.
Below are a handful of comments from our parents:
I am really happy that Jack attends Humpty Dumpty. He has been coming since he was 9 months old (so nearly 3 years) and I feel he has had great personal, educational and social development. He has made friends and has good bonds with the staff. It is great you have lovely, supportive and knowledgeable male and female workers who are all great role models. I know he enjoys it and has a productive time each week. It makes a great difference and help for me that he can attend out of school hours and terms. I shall really miss it when he starts school in September and I know Jack will too. – Dartmouth, 2017
We would like to say huge thank you to all members of humpty dumpy for making Oscars’s days at nursery so lovely. The Ladies at nursery are wonderful angels and they work ever so hard with the little ones. Their professional way of doing things is outstanding and unique. Once more, huge thank you to all of you for everything you do for Oscar. With regards. Oscar’s mum and dad. xxx – Newton Abbot 2017
Thank you for all your hard work, understanding & support over the last 7 years. Both Sasha and Ben have had the best time with you. You have made an important first impact on their learning which has been fantastic. We will miss you all so much, lots of luck for the future. Thank You !! – Dartington, 2017
